FAQ – TICKETS
1. If you cannot find your ticket, please first check your spam folder.
Many email providers also have an Other/Promotional folder in addition to the classic inbox and spam folder. Please check there as well.
Important: Freenet, for example, has recently hidden the spam folder more on mobile devices. Please look for it.
2. Alternatively, check if your email address might contain an error.
3. You can also add our email “info@berliner-rundfahrten.com” as a contact to override the spam suspicion.

If you have lost your ticket, please send us an email to “info@berliner-rundfahrten.com” with information about your first and last name, as well as the booking number.
People with disabilities (100%B) can book the reduced price. Accompanying persons still pay the regular price.
Yes. For Spree cruises, you automatically receive a 10% discount on the price per person for groups of 20 or more. Unfortunately, there is no special rate for school classes. We also cannot offer free places.
City tours do not have a group rate, as you can already purchase tickets online cheaper than buying them on site.

We can only offer our tickets online. This means that advance booking is mandatory. This is for the following reason:
- the ships have limited capacity, so we register you immediately after booking to secure your seats.
- without a booking, we unfortunately don’t know that you want to participate in the tour.
- without a paid and completed order, we cannot generate tickets and reserve seats.
Please note: An online order cannot be paid in cash on site.
Absolutely! We will register you after successful booking and secure your seats. Please try to arrive about 20-30 minutes before departure so that boarding can be relaxed and you can choose your seats.
FAQ – ORDERS
1. Visit the respective subpage of the product you want to book.
2. Select the number of people, a date and, if applicable, a time.
3. Add your selection to the cart and follow the checkout process for payment.
If your payment was not successful, simply place a new order. We will then delete the unpaid order. Unpaid orders do not trigger ticket dispatch.
If you want to book additional people for a tour, you can do this at any time on our website and book another ticket.
If you need to reduce the number of people, please send us an email. Then, if cancellation is still possible, we can arrange it and reduce the number of people. You will then receive a new ticket.

Payment on site is unfortunately not possible. You can only pay through the website.
If you book via bank transfer / advance payment, you will receive the bank details on the subsequent confirmation page. Note down the details for the transfer.
FAQ – VOUCHERS
Our vouchers are valid for 3 years. The following applies:
Purchase date –> End of year –> 3 years validity.
So if you bought a voucher in April 2023, it is valid until 31.12.2026.
